Hotel Florenc - Prague

Great location for exploring the city.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It was dusty, and the carpet felt neglected. The shower had a malfunctioning door which caused the whole bathroom to flood. The cigarette smell from the backyard was unbearable, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and clean. The carpet could use some vacuuming.

Good location in Prage.

The room is spacious, including the bathroom. The decoration is modern and pleasant. The location is good, close to one of the main subway stations, Florenc. I'd like to say that I appreciate the work of the receptionist Artem.

It was very hot in the room. We tried to remove the heating but it was still very hot. (We think the floor was thermal and could not be regulated). TV only had five channels (we think all Czech). In the review it says that they have cable TV so we understood that there would be TV from various countries, no. Also, we couldn't get it in English. Finally and most importantly, we had several problems with access to the room as the magnetic key failed several times. first time was in the early morning and girl who was in reception had no idea what to do and did not know where the master keys or the physical key were. Her colleague Artem, next day (when it happened to us again) did know how to solve the problem professionally. cleaning service did not clean the room on the first day because he could not access the room. So we asked ourselves: If they couldn't get into the room, why didn't they report the problem, instead of leaving without cleaning?

The staff is attentive, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is magnificent so close to the regional bus station as well as the main square. The triple room is recently renovated and has coffee, excellent air conditioning and a mini refrigerator.

I appreciated the convenient location, just a three-minute walk to the metro station. The staff was kind and attentive.

The location is excellent-just steps from both the bus and metro. The soundproofing was stellar. I couldn't hear a thing from the outside. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed 🏨

The value for money excellent. The hotel was in a good location, since we arrived by bus we just needed to cross the road. We really enjoyed our trip, and I think Hotel Florenc was the best choice.

The first night in the bar of the hotel the waitress was quite rude. When she brought the drinks to our table she almost threw them down on the table. We were in the bar for almost four fours,but I didn't see a smile on her face. This act left a little sour taste in our holiday. And I could also reccommend more choice of food and beer as well.

Had a great time at Hotel Florenc! Super clean room, comfy bed, and just a quick walk to the metro. Breakfast had some solid options, like delicious scrambled eggs, but could use more variety if staying longer. It was a solid choice for exploring Prague!
